As a first step, prospective All-on-4 patients undergo a comprehensive medical and dental evaluation to assess overall health and bone quantity and analyze dento-facial esthetics and occlusion.
Advanced radiographic imaging (CBCT), intraoral scans of current dentition and photographs are collected to ensure optimal treatment planning.
In one surgical procedure, two implants are positioned vertically in the anterior region of the jaw, while two implants are tilted posteriorly to avoid anatomical structures and maximize implant-to-bone contact. In some cases, additional implants can be insetted to improve the stability of the fixed prostheses. Once the implants are placed, one of our highly trained dental technicians will digitally design and manufacture a customized set of temporary fixed teeth. These new teeth will be delivered immediately after the surgery or within 24 hours, allowing patients to enjoy restored oral function and esthetics.
Once the implants have being integrated in the jawbone (usually after 3-6 months), permanent teeth made with composite material or zirconia will be fabricated.

Why are the teeth on my All-on-4 denture chipping or breaking?
Chipped or broken teeth can happen if you bite down too hard, grind your teeth (especially at night), or accidentally bite something hard like ice or nuts.
